We are excited to announce the release of our patient web portal!

You can use this portal on your computer, iPad, iPhone, Android, tablets, and pretty much ANY device that you can access the internet!

Before you create your account (and if you have our app you “may” have to create another account) you will need to gather a few pieces of information because account creation is HIPAA compliant and INSTANT!  No waiting for the pharmacy to approve your account!

Here are the four pieces of information:

1. Your last name
2. A Current RX (prescription) number
3. The zip code we have in our system for you (please remember PO Boxes have different zip codes if your regular zip code doesn’t work)
4. Your date of birth
